CCNH’s 5-Year Roadmap for Growth and Impact
At CCNH, we believe in planning with purpose. Our future roadmap is designed to strengthen our community, empower our leaders, and create long-lasting impact for Congolese families in New Hampshire and abroad. Step by step, we are laying the foundation for unity, visibility, and sustainability that will carry our mission forward for generations.
Looking Ahead with Purpose
Our focus is on building structure and trust. This is our foundation year, where we are creating a community directory, strengthening our digital presence, and finalizing our bylaws. It is also the year we prepare for the future by announcing the roadmap toward the 2028 elections.
Building and Structuring
We will begin training leaders and launching programs that bring our committees to life. Leadership workshops, youth programs, and the creation of a formal voter list will ensure our community is organized, represented, and ready for the next step.
Expansion and diversification
Our expansion will reach both locally and internationally. We plan to build partnerships with organizations in the DRC, launch family resource initiatives, and establish a Congolese Youth Council. This will extend our impact beyond state lines and across borders, strengthening ties within the diaspora and with our homeland.
Innovation and Positioning leadership
CCNH will hold its first elections and step into greater visibility. This milestone year will feature cultural festivals, leadership debates, and a strong election process, showcasing our commitment to democracy and cultural pride. It will mark a turning point where the community’s voice takes center stage.
Legacy and Sustainability
We look toward legacy and sustainability. This will include building a reserve fund for long-term stability, developing national partnerships, and establishing a permanent leadership pipeline. The goal is to ensure that CCNH continues to thrive for generations, carrying forward the vision of unity, empowerment, and cultural preservation.
